Shipping policy

For order above $300 in VIC and $350 in other states with a free shipping discount, we primarily use Sendle or Australia Parcel Post for deliveries if the order value is under $1,500.

The following two products are  free shipping offer:

Lychee Gold Cider Premium 8% 330ml x 24pk 

 

Kindly note that our website quote one delivery fee per state per weight category, primarily based on deliveries to state capital cities. If you reside in country area, you may need to cover the extra delivery cost post-order submission. Alternatively, if you prefer not to proceed with this surcharge, we'll refund your payment and cancel your order. For orders exceeding 50kg, additional postage charges may apply to cover our costs.

 

Courier Options for delivery:

1. By default, we primarily use Australia Parcel Post for deliveries if the order value is under $1,500. Extra Cover can be purchased for $1.95 for each additional $100 of cover up to a maximum covered value of $5000.

2. Australia Express Post are also available at checkout for extra cost. Extra cover costs $0 for the first $100 of cover and $2.50 for each subsequent $100 of cover (above $100 included cover) up to $5000.

3. For orders more than 2 dozen, we normally use E-go/Hunter Express, and insurance cover up to $2,000.

Customers may indicate their preferred courier, but all matters related to delivery, including tracking and delivery issues, should be addressed directly with the courier. We will assist and provide the necessary information to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

If customers require a refund of delivered items for other personal reason, Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees. 

Return Shipping Costs: You will need to pay for the return shipping. For your peace of mind, we suggest using a shipping method that allows you to track your package and consider getting shipping insurance. This way, you’re protected if the package is lost or damaged on its way back to us. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
